Template to be reviewed. These terms are a template and should be reviewed and adapted by a Polish lawyer before publication — especially the provisions on the right of withdrawal and complaints.

§1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the website and for submitting enquiries and providing services by:

§2. Scope of services

The Contractor provides renovation, construction and finishing services, including complete renovations, turnkey interior finishing, bathroom renovations, painting, tiling, flooring and electrical and plumbing installations.

§3. Enquiries and quotes

The form on the website is for submitting a non-binding enquiry. Sending the form does not constitute a contract. Based on the enquiry, the Contractor will get in touch to agree the details and prepare an individual quote.

§4. Conclusion and performance of the contract

The contract is concluded individually, after both parties accept the scope of work and the quote. The detailed scope, schedule, prices and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement or an accepted offer.

§5. Prices

Prices are set individually based on the scope of work, surface area and chosen materials. A quote presented before the contract is binding within the scope and period stated in it.

§6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance or off-premises generally has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal may not apply, among others, in the case of:

  • contracts for services fully performed with the consumer's express consent, after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal,
  • works and materials made to the consumer's specification or clearly tailored to their needs (e.g. made-to-measure work),
  • where the consumer requested that the work begin before the withdrawal period expired — for the services already performed.

To withdraw, it is enough to inform the Contractor of that decision (e.g. by email) before the deadline.

§7. Complaints and warranty

The Contractor is responsible for the conformity of the services performed with the contract. Complaints can be submitted to the Contractor's contact details; they will be handled within the period required by applicable law. Consumers have warranty rights under the rules set out in law.

§8. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.

§9. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Contractor may update these terms; the version published on the website applies.
